Some plug boards are for the people listed or registered with a particular site. My plug board at the rp directory is just for those that have listed there and I delete those from the board that are have not submitted their site to the directory. Then I go pay the site a visit. *smiles*

I clearly state it though. It's a perk for those listing there.
