Markis is a caring but stern man, following his heart and his instinct to accomplish what needs to be done.  He's logical and thinks very quickly before acting on impulse.
Biography:
Markis lived with a family in a small village just at the base of Mount Sainai, or what would be believed as Mount Sainai.  There he lived with his family and his home with a flight of black dragons.  Soon Markis grew and studied the art of fighting with a blade and was a very adept sword fighter.  He took on an individual calling herself Dragoness.  The fight was clearly in Dragoness's favor as she was a shifter and morphed back and forth between human, part dragon and full dragon.  Soon she acknowledged Markis's skill and granted him the power she wields.

Personality:
Hirohana is a teacher, but not in the sit and lecture all day, he teaches through experience and example.  His somewhat whimsical attitude towards most things make him seem lackadaisical but when it's time to get down to business, he will throw himself head long at anything that conducts electricity well.
Biography:
Hirohana Tetsuya was once an electrician in southern Kyoto, Japan.  Being born of modest origins, Tetsuya worked hard and understood what it meant to put in an honest days work.  During an outing a freak accident occurred, killing Tetsuya instantly.  A demon came strolling along, who will to this day be called only "Zet", and decided it would be amusing to implant a bit of that "spark" that killed Tetsuya and forcing him to rise again, his body sustaining itself on nothing but pure electricity.  Though seemingly indestructible, Tetsuya can only be truly killed if drained of all his electricity, leaving his withered and scorched body like the remains of a battery.

Personality:
Jeremiah Kraye is seemingly 2 people in one.  Jeremiah is usually quiet and kinda broody, preferring silence and a good book over loud noises where as his alter ego, Shattering Crescendo, prefers loud music and violence.
Biography:
Jeremiah was any other average 16 year old growing up rebelling against his parents.  At a young age, Jeremiah sought out his sanctuary in music, preferably of the rock/metal variety.  After his 16th birthday, he was invited by his friends to go to a rock concert.  Without any conformation from his parents, he went off with his mates to enjoy a good time.  This good time would be broken however, when the band decided they would test an experimental sound system at the concert.  Jeremiah wondered too closely during the long guitar solo that seemed to vibrate into his very DNA.  Doing so awoke Shattering Crescendo, taking everything he loved and felt about music and Erupting his Nova powers.  Today Jeremiah has learned to control Crescendo, letting him out only when a need truly calls for it, and reining him in by turning down the volume.

Michael-Angelo is a thinker, and a schemer.  An inventive chap who prefers scouting ahead and informing his friends of the plans of their enemies before jumping them.
Biography:
Michael-Angelo Laurent was born in the war torn Burning Lands.  There the Orcs of the land (not the green ones we know today) Fought and inevitably mixed with the native humans making normal human looking half breeds with orc blood flowing through their veins.  Michael-Angelo was no exception.  Though he was filled with an unkempt rage that most people couldn't handle.  His parents handed him over to Vizard, a Salamander Sorceror who taught him how to quell his rage and tie down his urges.  The final test was locking Michael-Angelo in a cave and told him he couldn't come out until he had discovered what it was that made him so angry.  After a few weeks, surviving off of the flora that resided within the cavern, Michael-Angelo discovered what had made him so angry, a weapon passed down through his family for generations.  With a touch to his chest, the blade came ripping out of him and in his hand, seeming to meld with the very essence of his soul that he could will into and out of existence.  He broke his way free and confronted to Salamander.  With a smile, Vizard then handed him a firearm. The "Salamander Gun" as it has been affectionately called has been with Michael-Angelo ever since.  A 6 shooter that seems to fire various and someone random forms of ammunition and never needs reloading that has the ability to morph and change it's shape into that of either a Rifle, a Hand gun or a Chain gun.

Biography:
Alexander's past is all a mysterious blur up until a few years ago.  He awoke from a test lab in the middle of no where with both of his hands and both of his legs removed and replaced with cybernetic implants.  His eyes seem to "load" and zoom in and out like a camera.  His forearms had slits in them where blades no protrude.  To this day Alexander seeks to discover what it is that happened to him and how he became this.

Madam Rose is a scathing woman, her attitude forsakes kindness in all it's forms, getting directly to the point instead of beating about the bush.  She knows what it is she wants, and she'll be damned if someone gets in her way.
Biography:
Sasha was embraced in Rome, her old name cast away upon her creation.  From there she traveled the globe, buying up influences amongst mortal society, taking up the fashion and theatre industries by storm.  Her clothing line "Madam Rose" being sold around the world and her Theater troupe "Thorns of a Rose" travels from state to state of the Americas performing anything from Improv shows to Broadway musicals.  She spends most of her time in North America, living in lavish cities and enjoying her unlife to the best of her ability.

Rapid Slash
Using as much speed as he can muster, Reiley slashes his target 4 times, though it seems like he only swings twice, leaving his target confused and injured.

Hilt Crash
Reiley uses the red bracer he wears on his arm to hit his target, knocking them off balance and with a smooth motion, he slams them in the face with the back end of his sword, leaving a well defined imprint in their forehead.

Level Two

Rapid Air Cutter
Reiley gathers a vast amount of energy and with a mighty swing of his blade he sends a black arc of bladed energy hurdling towards his target which usually explodes on impact cause a vast amount of damage.

Cheap Trick
Reiley Charges his opponent, and makes to slash them run them through but instead rams them with the handle of his blade, doubling them over.  As they bend, he whirls around and sends a massive kick into the back of their head, dropping them onto their face.

Level Three

Madness Hero
Reiley charges his opponent then proceeds to slash them all over,  slashes in total, in the following order; Down slash, Up slash, Down slash, Cross slash (right), Cross Slash (Left), Cross Slash (right), Up slash, Down slash.

Tilt-a-Whirl
Reiley gathers all the speed he can and begins to run circles around his opponent, as his speed grows, the begins to form mirror images that run around his opponent.  After a while his opponent begins to feel confused and even somewhat dizzy, at that point he charges and shoulder rams the target with a heavy shoulder, knocking them over and launching them a ways.

Level Four

Riot Ender
Reiley's last and Final Limit Break.  This move is a series of strikes in combination that devastates the target.  Reiley first charges and elbows the target into the stomach, then with a massive uppercut he launches them high.  Shortly After he follows the target up and Up Slashes it.  After a brief pause he begins to whirlwind in front of the target, slashing them repeatedly.  Shortly after, he Slams the handle of the blade into it that sends it crashing to the ground.

Personality:
Reiley Dartmoth is a dedicated and appreciative young man.  Though niave in a lot of aspects he always knows what job must be done and when to do it.  His eccentric and outgoing personality always tends to be misleading to what he really wants.  When sent over the edge he tends to be violent and cold.

He's almost always accomidating to some extent but he'll stop himself from doing anything too dangerous unless the cause is right.  He still feels an old grudge against the Strife's and those of AVALANCHE and isn't afraid to let them know that it's their fault that the company has to go through this mess to fix itself.
History:
Reiley Dartmoth was born to parents Bruno and Vanessa Dartmoth.  As a young boy, Reiley trusted the Shin-Ra Power and Electric company to keep him safe and living in a comfortable lifestyle.  That all changed when AVALANCHE dropped the 7th district plate on the slums in order to discourage Shin-Ra.  From then on he knew he would serve Shin-Ra once he become of age and until he died.

He enlisted to become SOLDIER shortly after High School and worked and trained hard for it.  Finally when his acceptance letter came to join SOLDIER it came up as a failure.  For years Reiley was depressed and full of hate for AVALANCHE.  Inevitably a letter came in the mail from Reeve Tuesti himself claiming that he was to join the Turks Special Forces.  He was overjoyed and has been serving ever since.

Biography:
Drake Dragosani was born a Scion of the Sea Goddess Calypso.  He was given to his father, Mortimer Dragosani by her aboard the pirate ship "Mary's Blade".  As he grew, his mother taught him how to manipulate water and his father taught him the pirate's life.  He lived as a pirate for his entire life, until pirating was no longer profitable

Scimi is a quiet girl, passionate and caring.  She doesn't like to hurt people, but when push comes to shove she'll throw down with her partner and get the job done.
Background:
Blair Kadin was born in Death City and began going to school at the DWMA, the Death Weapon Meister Academy.  His parents were a pair of Meisters who graduated from the Academy.  He met Scimi at the Academy when she first began after his old partner was destroyed.  He was first attracted to her introversion but upon getting to know her, he discovered her power and the level of wave lengths the two of them were capable of.  Together they have devoured 50 Kishin souls, putting Scimi half way to her goal of becoming a Death Scythe.
